Tennis Tribe accepts returns and can provide refunds on misprinted/damaged/defective items. These claims must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Tennis Tribe makes every effort to ensure all products we sell are free from misprints/damage/defects and will happily replace or refund you for any misprinted/damaged/defective items you wish to return.
For all other items, sales are final. Due to our relationship with the manufacturer (Printful), unfortunately, cannot provide refunds if you are not happy with the fit, quality, color, or size of an item.

Pricing and Other Terms
Additional terms surrounding payment, pricing, refunds, and shipping may be published on our Site or otherwise communicated by us to you and are hereby incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How to Begin a Return
